This family bathroom wasn’t family-friendly sized. During the design phase, the space on the first floor was reorganised to expand the size of the bathroom as well as bring a cantilever design. This design has transformed the look, feel and most importantly the purpose of the space.
The cantilever design has given opportunity to have glazing on all sides to ensure plenty of natural light is utilised. There is a rooflight above to provide views of the sky, especially at night when having a hot soak under the stars.
